CAMPAIGNS & CHARITY

We consider ourselves an ethical service provider and we want to ensure that working with us has a positive impact on not just our clients & candidates but on the community as well. On that basis, we are launching our first Campaigns & Charity Programme in 2025. 

OUR focus in 2025

INTRO

We like to keep things simple across our business and service lines and we try to do the same when it comes to campaigns & charity work. That means focusing on one campaign theme and one charity each calendar year.

2025 FUTURE LEADERS CAMPAIGN

Mayford Group recently sponsored a client event focused on candidates interested in becoming a future leader. 


To follow up on that event, we will launch a campaign in January 2025 focusing on manager and senior manager-grade candidates with ambitions to step into more senior leadership roles. 


Our aim is to unearth talent, support candidates through their career journey, and help our clients find the people that will drive growth for their business over the coming years.

2025 CHARITY

Our day job impacts the lives of all of our clients & candidates. However, we also wanted the work we do everyday to have a wider impact and to help more than just the people in our network.


On that basis, we will donate 5% of every single fee made in 2025 to charity. 


This can be a charity chosen by our clients or our own selected charity which will be announced in Jan 2025.
